ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual for a Technical Support position. This position will be responsible for technical support to our boat manufacturer customers, as well as coordination of our regional end-user support. |

| Specific functions include: |
| |
 |
Provide technical sales support in sales meetings with boat manufacturers |
|
Develop installation manuals and other technical documents |
|
Maintain contact with all our OEM customers, for training and following up on factory installation of our products |
|
Participate in the nationwide SeaKey technical support team |
|
Provide input to SeaKey's core competence in marine electrical and electronics network |
|

| EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS |
| |
|
Thorough technical understanding of all kinds of electronics and communication systems used in leisure boats and yachts |
|
Hands-on experience from installing such systems |
|
An existing network of personal contacts in the boating industry |
|
ABYC electrical certification |
|
| |
The successful applicant will already have understood that being passionate about boats and boating is a must for this position.
The position will be based in Bethesda, MD, with up to 40-50% business travel.
